Sun Dried Tomatoes

Lycopene is an antioxidant associated with lowering the risk of certain cancers and vitamin k is important in bone health and wound healing.
Red Pepper
Delicious stuffed red peppers as a main course or sliced red peppers served with humus as an appetizer are the perfect red for Valentine’s Day. Red peppers are packed with vitamins C and A. They are low in calories and a good source of beta-carotene which converts into vitamin A for healthy skin. Tip: Make your stuffed red peppers vegetarian by filling them with seasoned brown rice, black beans, and Monterey Jack cheese.
Raspberries
Raspberries are loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C. Cascara comes from coffee cherries or the husk. It is essentially coffee waste. The seed or bean is separated from the skin of coffee beans and the flesh of the small, plump red cherry. Cascara is used in herbal tea and tastes sweet-think hints oforchid, rosehip, raisin, or red current. It’s a cross between coffee and tea.
