1. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad or your hands with toner.
   
2. Gently press or sweep over face and neck, avoiding the eye area.

The January 2025 update reflects a cleaner, more modernized evolution of the same toner you already know and love, with all core actives and hydrating components preserved.
